We offer a complete design and build service, as well as on-going maintenance and support.

Our design team is responsible for providing our customers with the best solutions to suit their needs; they ensure our customers get the most out of their chosen renewable energy system. The team are all trained in the necessary software to optimise system design and output, as well as in CAD and BIM software as required.

We also want the systems to last for many years – 25 years is typical for a solar PV system – and we expect to be around to ensure that they do.  We offer on-going full maintenance, monitoring and support, and market leading warranties.

Experienced in-house installers managing all installations

You can be assured that your system will be commissioned by an in-house installer with several years’ experience.  We don’t subcontract our core on-site electrical and roof work, it is all managed in house, managed by our Director of Operations, Vishal Giga, and our Head of Installations, Justin Parsons. 

We do use subcontractors for support services such as scaffolding and structural engineering calculations – these subcontractors are managed by us to give you a comprehensive service with one point of contact and one point of accountability.  We have built relationships with trusted providers over several years.

Our management team are techies, 100% committed to technical excellence. We are not tied to any particular product brand; we work in a fast evolving industry and make it our mission to stay abreast of technical developments so that we can make the best products available to our customers.

We take great care in product selection, aiming to combine quality and durability with best value for money. Where relevant, we aim to be able to offer you a range of options, so that you can choose how best to allocate your budget.

Having said that, we have developed strong relationships with the leading suppliers in each area in which we operate, and have obtained any supplier accreditations that we feel will improve our offering to our customers.  We work closely with the technical team at these suppliers to ensure that we offer the right solutions to our customers.

Health and Safety, British Standards, Building Regulations…

Our industry is all about compliance. Compliance with Health & Safety legislation, compliance with Building Regulations, compliance with design and installation standards, from Emergency Lighting to G59, compliance with the requirements of export tariffs…  

We are committed to ensuring that we stay up-to-date with all relevant standards, regulations and best practice. Where we do not have in-house expertise, we have built up long-standing relationships with partners who do – for example structural engineers and EPC consultants.

Fully accredited under MCS and RECC

We are accredited installers under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme. You need to use an accredited installer to be eligible for any present or future tariff payments under the Feed-in Tariff, or to be covered by the Smart Export Guarantee. In addition, we are members of the RECC assurance scheme and we abide by their code of conduct.

Fully insured

We carry a minimum of £5 million of Public and Product Liability insurance, as well as £500,000 of Professional Indemnity insurance and £10 million of Employers Liability Insurance.

Installing renewable energy technology should be a rewarding experience and we make sure this is the case. We are committed to providing exceptional standards of customer service; our experienced staff are happy to help with any of your technical questions.
