We offer portfolio optimisation, bespoke design and free CPD accredited training in solar PV, battery storage and EV charging.
We have a wealth of expertise across solar PV, energy storage, energy monitoring and efficiency, LED lighting and controls, electric vehicle charging, and financing.
Not only do we have practical and up-to-date technical knowledge about all of the technologies that we install, we are also independent of any particular manufacturer and therefore well placed to provide unbiased and reliable advice.
Within each technology class that we install, there are several choices to be made in the design process, including product selection, system sizing, and choice of funding strategy.
As a starting point to advising clients on the best technologies for their situation, we are often asked to conduct feasibility studies to show them what is possible and to carry out cost / benefit analysis.
We have assisted many architects on the design, sizing and specification of bespoke systems and fixings to suit all sorts of situations, both on-grid and off-grid. We are well placed to integrate the different technologies that we install to provide a single, optimised solution.
Councils and large corporations typically own several buildings. In general they wish to develop a programme for renewables and energy efficiency that prioritises the buildings offering the highest returns. We are able to undertake portfolio analysis. For example we have previously looked at a portfolio of around 90 schools and social housing buildings on behalf of the Royal Borough of Kingston, with a view to optimising the returns available from solar across the portfolio.
We work with many architects, specifiers, contractors and consultants, many of whom want to learn about our products, and also need to spend a certain amount of time in ‘continuing professional development’.
