Spirit is a commercial solar installer. Capital Expenditure is the simplest route to ownership. You fund the system from your own capital or a standard bank facility, and you receive the full benefit of onsite generation from day one.

Capital Expenditure means purchasing the solar or battery system outright. You own the asset from the start. Spirit designs and installs the system and provides full end-to-end project management.
Once commissioned, the electricity generated reduces your grid consumption immediately. Any surplus can be exported to the grid and may attract an export tariff. You are responsible for ongoing servicing and maintenance, which can be planned and budgeted in advance.
Capex generally delivers the strongest lifetime return because there are no finance repayments and you capture all operational benefits for the life of the system.
